Verdant does not collect or transmit personal information. Gameplay works offline.
Information used by the app
Verdant has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or in-app purchases. It does not send information to Dawson Ford or another service.
The app reads your iPhone’s motion information to move the marble and adjust the view. Motion samples are used on your device during play and are not transmitted or retained as a motion history.
Saved progress
The current maze and marble color are stored on your device so you can continue later. This information is not sent to the developer. Deleting the app removes its local app data. Data in device backups is governed by your Apple device and backup settings.
Sharing and children
The app does not share gameplay, motion, or progress information with third parties. Its textures and gameplay resources are bundled with the app. The app’s no-collection practices apply to all users, including children.
This website
Your browser sends technical information, such as an IP address and requested page, to the hosting service so it can deliver this website. These pages use no analytics, advertising, cookies, external fonts, or tracking scripts. Routine request access logging is disabled. Limited operational or security error records may be produced by hosting infrastructure; they are used to operate and protect the service and kept only as needed for those purposes.

If you email info@dawsonford.com, you choose what to share, including your email address, message, and any attachments. Dawson Ford uses that information to answer your request and follow up on the issue. Email and hosting providers may process it to deliver messages and operate the service. Support information is not sold or used for advertising.
Support messages are kept as needed to handle the request, follow up, and meet any applicable legal obligations. You may ask for deletion by emailing the same address. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, or sensitive personal information.
Your choices
You can stop using the app or delete it to remove local app data. No account or consent to tracking is required to play. Contact Dawson Ford at info@dawsonford.com with privacy questions or support-data deletion requests.
